The Chaplain Service, through Director PBGEN JASOD D ORTIZO, spearheaded the Forum on the Implementation of Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan for Faith-based volunteers on September 19, 2022 held at PNP Multi-Purpose Center.

PGEN RODOLFO S AZURIN, JR, the Chief, Philippine National Police, gave his message beginning with the very mandate he received from the incumbent President of the Republic of the Philippines, showing the seamless connectivity in attaining a more safe and peaceful society thru the harmonious relationship of the PNP organization with the different church institutions and the barangay communities. After his message, the Chief PNP led the recitation of the Pledge of Commitment together with faith-based volunteers. Followed by pinning of KASIMBAYANAN Pin Buttons.

Pastor Lee D. Oliver laid down the concepts, process of implementation and monitoring of the said program. Different members of faith-based volunteers inked their signatures in the printed Pledge of Commitment expressing their bond.

In addition, PCPT FULGENCIO M CAÑON, JR, OIC, Base Evangelical of this unit presented the Role of Faith-based volunteers and partners of KASIMBAYANAN.

One hundred registered faith-based volunteers attended said forum.
