The PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, celebrated its “Fiesta” or the Feast of St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary last March 19, 2013.

The activity started with the procession of the Image of St. Joseph at 8AM followed by a Blue Mass at 9:30 am with REV FR (COL) TIRSO DOLINA, Chaplain of the Philippine Navy as Main Celebrant with the Catholic Chaplains of the PNP Chaplain Service headed by REV FR (PSSUPT) DEODY O BARRET, Director, CHS; REV FR (PSSUPT) ELIGIO A MATIVO, Deputy Director, CHS; REV FR (PSUPT) JASON D ORTIZO, Catholic Base Chaplain; REV FR (PSUPT) LUCIO A ROSAROSO JR, Acting Chief Directorial Staff and REV FR (PSINSP) JONATHAN L CHY, Admin. Officer, CHS as Co-Celebrants.

In his homily, Father Tirso, emphasized the need for our law enforcers to follow St. Joseph, as he showed his strong faith in God by following His message to take care of Mary and our Saviour Jesus Christ.

 “Sa ating kapulisan, sa pangunguna ng ating Chief PNP, PDG ALAN LM PURISIMA, taimtim tayong manalangin at sundan natin si St. Joseph sa tibay ng kanyang pananampalataya. Sikapin nating maging banal na pulis sa pamamagitan ng tuwid at tapat na pagseserbisyo sa taong-bayan”, said Father Dolina.
