The said celebration was attended by all Regional Chaplains and Chaplain Service Personnel from the NCRPO and District Chaplains. The program included the awarding of outstanding CHS personnel; followed by a seminar in “Aligning LOI 17/10 SUGO with PATROL PLAN 2030 and Strategic Focus CODE-P 2013 and Beyond” and a Command Conference.

     The seminar gave the Regional Chaplains a guide regarding consolidating and harmonizing all moral and spiritual activities in their respective AORs under LOI SUGO in accordance to PATROL Plan 2030 and Strategic Focus CODE-P. It included a briefing on the rules and guidelines for SUGO ministers and partners of the PNP Chaplain Service from application of accreditation to rules in termination of accreditation. Miss Marites Guingona-Africa, Founder and Executive Director, The Peacemaker’s Circle Foundation, Inc. gave a talk on “Unifying the Chaplains of the PNP-CHS Belonging to Different Religious Denominations” and on moral imagination which enlightens us on reality of having positive and negative or evil and good forces in our daily and how to accept and manage this reality.

     The activity ended with a command conference wherein Administrative and Budget and Fiscal Matters were presented to all the participants.
