Police Brigadier General JASON D ORTIZO, Director, Chaplain Service, delivered his Message to the Participants of the One-Day Webinar for Police Regional Office Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR) Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) Squad Leaders held via Zoom on August 26, 2021, 8:00am, at the Office of the Director, Chaplain Service, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
The activity aims to provide a continuous formation and resolution of recurring concerns or issues of the Squad Leaders in the conduct of the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) in their respective offices and lower units. DCHS commended the Squad Leaders in their selfless dedication in nurturing the values formation of the PNP Personnel amidst Pandemic.
Finally, PCOL EBRA M MOXIR, DD CHS, gave the overview, know-how's, do's and don'ts in the conduct of the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting.

Police Brigadier General JASON D ORTIZO, Director, Chaplain Service, had meeting with Pastor Leo Decinal, National Coordinator, My Brothers Keeper (MBK) together with PEMS Rodolfo A Collado Jr., CESPO, on August 17, 2021, 10:00am, at the CHS Conference Room, Chaplain Service, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
The meeting aims to update the Director, CHS in the recent activities of the MBK that provides continuous formation of the PNP Values / Life Coaches and Squad Leaders in all Police Regional Offices in their conduct of the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting
Camp BGen Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City – Police Brigadier General Jason D Ortizo, Director Chaplain Service (DCHS) conducted Pastoral Visitation and Spiritual Talk to Men at Quezon Provincial Police Office spearheaded by Police Colonel Joel A Villanueva, Provincial Director, in the morning of August 3, 2021.
During his address, Police Brigadier General Ortizo shared his near-death experience against COVID-19 and how his faith helped him fight the dreaded virus. He said that confiding with family and friends greatly helped him alleviate the psychological stress brought about by the virus. Likewise, he promoted the PNP e-Gabay program for pastoral accompaniment of PNP personnel experiencing struggles related to their work, family and relationships wherein special prayer interaction and spiritual counseling was given. DCHS also encouraged the PNP personnel especially those of Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) to talk with their subordinates with respect to uplifting their morale.
PBGen Ortizo also expressed his appreciation to Quezon PPO’s values and life coaches for their selfless, committed and unconditional support to the PNP personnel especially in the face of COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, he invited the values and life coaches to be proactive missionaries of Chief PNPs Intensified Cleanliness Policy by faithfully conducting the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM).
On the other hand, Police Colonel Villanueva was very thankful for PBGen Ortizo's visit and assured the director that the men and women of Quezon PPO will continue to conduct the preventive approach of the Enhanced Revitalized PNP Internal Cleansing Strategy through ICP, enrichment of consciousness of the PNP personnel on the norms of conduct particularly the spiritual and moral upliftment.
DCHS also visited Lucena City Police Station under Police Lieutenant Colonel Romulo A Albacea, Lucena City Police Chief and conducted Moral Upliftment and Psycho-Spiritual Talk to the men and women.
